Seyran was born in Aseibardschan. His musical talent was  seen in his early years, First he learned the Violin in the Music School, than he received in addition Vocal training. Already in 1999 he took part at the biggest Singing Competition in Aseibardschan – Bakiner Autumn. From 2001 he lived in Moscow, where he perfected his vocals at the Moscow Conservatoire.

In Moscow the doors was opening for Seyran, the best Clubs and Casinos i.e. Transvaal Park, Metelitsa, Arbat and the biggest Casino in Europe – Kristall, booked him. At the same time Syran he produced his own TV Show and was also the creator of the costumes used.  He performed also at the TV Channel M1 many, many times with the biggest russian Pop-Stars.

Seyran sings in english, russian and turkish.

2005 Seyran moves to Germany and puts with the pianist Norman Kunz an oriental-jazz group – "Different Joy“ together, and works at the same time as a Model for various Fashion Designers, He also seeks engagement as an Actor on several stages. His last engagement was at the Theater of Cologne with La Papos, During this time Seyran meets several Music Producers and accepts Studio Work, which aired at the German Radio Station WDR.

In 2006 Seyran starts to work together with the Producer Morris Clark from digiCologne and they start on a totally new project, the integration of the west and the eastern music, Pop, Rock and R’n’B with a touch of traditional aserbaidschanian music influence, brought together in harmony, which Seyran hopes to achieve between nations with his music.
